| 3rd person | he - él | they - ellos, ellas |
| she - ella | you (formal) - ustedes, Uds. | |
| you (formal) - usted, Ud. |
(The informal you plural is only used in Spain. In other Spanish-speaking countries, the formal you plural is used instead).
As you might have noticed, there is no word for "it"
in Spanish. However, when conjugating verbs, you still use the 3rd person form.
Usted never means it.
Also, look at the two different forms of "we",
"you (informal)" and "they".
Nosotros, vosotros, and ellos are used when you're talking about a group of guys
or a group of guys and girls.
Nosotras, vosotras, and ellas are used when you're talking about a group of just
girls.
Instead of always writing out usted or ustedes, they're usually abbreviated as Ud. and Uds.
